Cresta dell'Oreste

A line that is in some ways plaisir but not at all banal, a long ride on a jagged ridge that soars above two imposing mountains - Cima Pietra Grande and Cima Vagliana - with stretches of easy uphill and downhill climbing, short descents and aerial passages suspended between steep walls. Despite the convenient access by cable car, just beyond the environment transforms, becoming wild and isolated. In the first part, a hole hidden in the rock and three descents in succession allow you to advance beyond an apparently insurmountable wall. In the second, however, beautiful climbing and decidedly more solid rock allow you to resolve with relative ease a journey that seemed infinite, reaching Cima Vagliana between pinnacles, barely visible ledges and hidden chimneys.
