With its 3558m, Cima Presanella is the highest mountain in Trentino, a sort of small Matterhorn due to its unmistakable pyramid shape. Each side is crossed by numerous itineraries, some harsh and demanding, others more docile and less technical, such as the #3 Normal Routes which ascend respectively from Val Nambrone, Val Genova and Val di Sole. In a wilder way, the crossing from a valley to another with one night in a bivouac or the entire circumnavigation, a three-day journey with one night in a bivouac and one in a refuge.
Program: VIA NORMALE, G1 - Meeting, dinner and overnight stay at Rifugio Segantini 2373m (from the Amola car park 2021m). G2 - Climb to the summit and return to the valley (Via Normale from Val Nambrone). CROSSING FROM SOUTH TO NORTH, G1 – Meeting in Pinzolo and transfer to Val d'Amola 2021m, Bivacco Orobica 3382m. G2 – Cima Presanella 3558m, Sella Freshfield 3377m, Rifugio Denza 2298m, Stavel 1378m. Transfer to the starting point. PERIPLO, G1 – Meeting in Pinzolo and transfer to Val d'Amola 2021m, Bivacco Orobica 3382m. G2 – Cima Presanella 3558m, Sella Freshfield 3377m, Rifugio Denza 2298m. G3 – Traverse of the north side of Cima Presanella, Bocca d'Amola 3076m, Rifugio Segantini 2373, Val d'Amola 2021m.
The fee includes: UIAGM mountain guide service, logistical organisation, insurance, technical material, souvenir photo. Not included: shelters and transfers for oneself and the guide to be divided among the participants.
